Yes, there are lots of antibiotics that are safe in pregnancy. The BUMPS website is really good

good luck! I got my first cavities since being a mom - my dentist said pregnancy and breastfeeding can contribute to them… so many fun surprises in motherhood 🙃 i was took antibiotics twice while breastfeeding and my daughter had no issues

Not sure if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding but if BF, I always seem to get nipple thrush when I take antibiotics. I’ve had bad skin for 6 months breast feeding and can’t take anything for it without getting thrush on my right side and passing it to baby! There’s definitely stuff they deem safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding either way, but if you get a sore nipple or baby gets a white tongue you know what it is in advance 😂 I didn’t make the link until someone said it’s the antibiotics

Yes go to the dentist! I had awful pain in first trimester and they gave me safe antibiotics.

I had antibiotics prescribed whilst breastfeeding for a tooth infection, my dentist did the check up and even did a quick google search before prescribing them to make sure they were safe whilst breastfeeding. Just let whoever you see know your circumstances.

The dentist would know what they can give you whilst pregnant
