Sex 7PP

I am currently 7 weeks pp and recovering from a 2nd degree tear (I found being stitched up more painful than giving birth!)me and my husband tried to be intimate the other night but had to stop quickly as it was really painful and I have a terrible fear of tearing again (I don’t even think this is possible). Some advice and reassurance that the pain and fear will go away as I just want to feel close to my husband again.
