Yep, hurt more than my stitches tbh. You could try and speak to your gp but can also get over the counter stool softeners at a pharmacy which helps. Take painkillers if you need them. Pat dry rather than wipe where possible and keep the area clean as much as you can

Try to avoid painkillers with opioids in, such as codine. They will back you up!

Yes, they can bleed. I use wet wipes to wipe. I use the same cream as the one for piles and fybogel to soften the stools

Yes a little bit of bleeding is normal, however if there’s more than a few drops please get medical advice. It hurts so bad at first, should ease off after a couple of days
