So this is the second time ive loss so much hair during wash day.
Someone please tell me it gets better....im not doing a big chop because i love my hair....

Girl sameee 😭 but yeah a lot of people say to keep taking your prenatals or some kind of multivitamin , I’ve been taking mine but not sure what else to do to help it Praying another mama has more advice
