30hrs free childcare funding code

Anyone been in the same situation or have any advice please? My daughter turned 3 today and a couple of weeks ago I applied for her 30hrs funding code (currently claiming 15hrs) and to my surprise her father had already set up an account and applied. We have 50/50 custody and we’ve been told one of us has to withdraw our application? For more context-I’m relocating and am taking him to court to have majority custody and move eldest school as we’ll be an hour away from where we are now. Obviously I want to put our daughter in preschool locally to where we’ll be moving. Thanks
