Help me determine pricing!

So I've been toying around with making and selling baby onesies with cute logos and designs on them. Ideally I'll be purchasing onesies in bulk and then printing/ironing onto them. Everything I've read says to price products about 3xs the wholesale price so this would put them at about $15 for colored ones and just slightly less for white ones...but that seems like a lot to me. What are your thoughts?

Some good advice I’ve gotten is don’t price for yourself. I started my business originally because I couldn’t imagine paying what I now charge lol someone out there will definitely pay $15 for a onesie

Depends on how unique it is! These days there's so much competition like even walmart has cute baby stuff. But if it said something super unique and cute I couldn't buy anywhere else I'd def pay $15. That wouldn't seem like much for something that was so on point for us. I can't think of anything now but if I saw it I'd know lol

I’d pay it no problem if I love it. However I usually buy organic/bamboo stuff like that so if u go that route I’d up the price.

Start low, get a following… advertise, then raise it

Also, see if you can sell them on Amazon. 🫶

that's my next question! Where should sell them!

I think as long as the fabric is decent bc some cottons are just rougher than others. And it should be a brand that’s commonly true to size. A relative of mine made all these cute onesies using the Gerber brand along with her cricut machine but by the time we were ready for that size, we couldn’t wear any of them. Also, charge more if anything is custom requested by the customer. This is all my opinion, I have no experience aside from being a consumer.
