Sensory bins for toddlers.

I don’t know about you mamas but my toddler gets bored with regular toys in 5 minutes lately so I’ve been making toddler safe sensory bins to alternate during the week. Kinetic sand one day. Dirty ducks another day. Rainbow rice another day. Hiding toys in a bunch of beans. (The beans alone entertained her for 30 minutes straight just touching them 😅 if anyone has more sensory activities I’d love to hear them!

I've been wanting to do these with my girl but I feel like she will just try to eat everything lol

@Megan my little one immediately tried to eat each activity. But the sand I make is all out of food items and just like the rice and beans it’s all “edible” they just won’t like the taste 😅 I do watch her closely wi the the rice and beans though just because I don’t want her to choke

I've ordered a big plastic sensory table tray to use then can start doing this ✨

@Steamtrane Family that’s awesome! I just bought multiple little dish bins from dollar tree so we can sit on the floor for now since all her toys take up all the space already 🙂

@Brittany it's great fun

I look forward to actually have space and actually wanting to do something like this . At least the dogs keep to themselves but he tends to chase them

(at the next place, probably)

My child will knock this all over the place. I’d be sweeping up rice and beans for weeks 😂 this is super cool though, maybe when he’s a bit older and listens to me

Tapioca pearls! They work the same as those orbeez but they aren't dangerous and a tasty treat!
