Is it painful when you go or painless?

Have you been to the GP? They might be able to prescribe something to help heal them

Is there any way you can get more fibre in your diet?

@Chloe I would say it's slightly painful

I think you should see your GP go for a review. Whilst pregnant there’s not much that can be done for haemorrhoids surgically but if the amount of blood is worrying you, go and get it checked out. Anusol cream is good for haemorrhoids and your GP might advise laxatives to help keep your stools soft

I got piles at around 18 weeks! They are painless but always blood in the toilet. I went to my GP before I knew it was piles and she inspected to confirm. She said there wasn’t much they could do because they were internal but said to buy some cream if they were to cause discomfort. It can be worrying to see that much blood and to put your mind at ease I would go and speak to your GP
