How to travel with frozen breast milk?

Going on holiday in a few weeks and will be travelling for around 5/6 hours. (UK holiday), how do I go about taking some expressed milk what’s frozen to use for one of the days? As it’s a girls trip I need to pump and dump one day so wanted to take some expressed but don’t want it to defrost on the travel there
