My dog helped my PPD

My little puppy Nelly has kept me lifted on mat leave, days where PPD kicks in majorly and I’ve felt lonely, she always makes me get up everyday, strap the baby to my chest and go for a walk. Definitely makes me feel a lot better after and she’s got what she needs 🥹 she has her own tiktok account which is growing and has kept me distracted from my own thoughts because of PPD. We don’t deserve dogs 🥺🖤✨
