Project Hail Mary

I LOVED this book! They’re making it into a movie and I was very disappointed to learn that Ryan Gosling is playing the main character. I love sci-fi that’s like actually somewhat based in reality, like oh, this could possibly happen at some point in my lifetime.

I started it but paused. I think I was just really eager to get to another book that came in and Project Hail Mary is HUGE. It seemed to be really ongoing about the macrophage and that’s where I paused.
The first sci fi book I read was Upgrade by Blake Crouch and I flew through that one. I need to pick P.H.M. back up.

I just finished Upgrade two days ago! My husband got me Recursion to read like 4 years ago and I loved it, then I read dark matter. I love Blake crouch, do you have any other sci-fi authors you really like?

I’m still pretty new to this genre. I agree though Blake Crouch is a really great author.

I loved that book! It’s been a while since I read it but I think I admired the friendship that developed between him and the alien (if I’m remembering the right one).

I really liked this one! I'm a sci Fi fan, but I think this could work for those that aren't into the genre too. Such an interesting concept!
