What hospital bag?

What type of bag is everyone packing for the hospital? Friends have told me they’ve used smaller suitcases or like weekend bags in the past.

We’ve packed a bag today and it’s mostly in a weekend type bag for me. I don’t want it to look like I’m moving in 😂 but I also want to make sure I’ve got enough of stuff I might need

I have a small suitcase and baby’s stuff is in what would be a pram bag. Worked for us last time as the suitcase alone wasn’t enough

A lot of people take a travel bag! Unfortunately I’m having to take 2 large suitcases and a travel bag but I’m due to stay in hospital for a few months!

I would recommend taking a small suitcase as it will be a lot easier as you can just wheel it through the hospital x

I'm taking a small suitcase and a small backpack

I packed medium suitcase on one side my staff and on the other little ones and it was enough. Easy to take out and pack back. Especially in case you have emergency c section and they move you around. xx

Thanks so much ladies! Going to transfer my stuff into a small suitcase and then keep the pram bag for babies bag

Mini suitcase/ Duffle cabin size pulley

I was going to do a weekender bag for myself and the same for baby, then couldn’t find mine so I’m packing both me and baby in a medium (next size up from cabin) case😂 I’m an overpacker and I don’t really care about looking like I’m moving in😂

Small suitcase for me and a baby backpack

Medium suitcase as told I could be in hospital for 3 days, will have babies and my stuff in although my dressing gown might have to go in a separate bag lol x

Everything is so bulky and I have no idea what I’m fully needing! So I have two weekend kind of bags (one for me and one for baby) which we’ll take in straight away. Then I have a little suitcase with supplies and more valuables (just incase we have to leave the other bags unattended - our hospital is notorious for things going missing!). I’ll leave the suitcase in the car until husband leaves for the night! He’s also doing his own little bag for the car in case he needs it!
Don’t care about being overpacker… I’d rather have it than not 😂

I’m using baby’s changing bag for them and then I’ve got like a duffel bag for me. My midwife has said to bring whatever I think I need, whether that be pillows or blankets just to feel comfy

I have a small suitcase! It fit everything for my last birth so I just used the same again!
