Meet ups or play dates

I have been here a little over a year and I don’t have any friends ( other than my sister in law) not great at meeting people but I do have two kids age 2 and 2 months. Since it’s finally starting to warm up, my daughter and I really love going to the park and to Starbucks. We both really need to get out of the house and socialize more.
