Colostrum seems more milky now

Do you have any tips on how to get it in the syringe 😅

@ED93 what I do is squeeze my nipple enough to get a few beads of colostrum then I lightly scrape the syringe over my nipple to collect the beads. It can be a bit tedious but once you get the hang of it it’s super easy x

@ED93 same as what Kate said to start with for me. That worked for me when beads of colostrum were a lot thicker and didn’t drip, I would also pull out the plunger to get some suction to help suck up the beads. But now my colostrum is seems more watery, it drips so I catch the droplets in a teaspoon then suck it up the syringe when there’s enough in the spoon 😅

My colostrum has gone the same pale and watery. I’m just trying my hand pump as we speak to see how that goes 😂
