Hey Ladies
So I’ve been actively trying to lose weight for about a week now, I don’t go gym atm so I just do home work outs && sometimes walks.
Is there any vids/apps you ladies use to help!?
Or is there any supplements you guys use to help e.g protein shakes, tablets!?
Literally any advice on anything to help lose weight is much appreciated.
I’m currently on the larger side of a 16 and I want to at least go back to a 12/14.

Invest in a walking pad it’s changed my life for the days I can’t. Go gym or feel stuck with the kids

^i second the walking pad. I got one off amazon for less than $200 and it goes up to 7.5mph (5.5 is jogging for me, I’m 5’6 200lbs) I’m currently on mine while my son naps. So much better than being stuck just sitting in the house!
