Really need some advice. I currently live with baby’s dad in a rented house. Our lease is up in 15 days and the emotional abuse has just got so bad he’s said I have 15 days to move out with baby as we aren’t renewing the lease. I literally don’t know what to do, I’ve only lived in the area for a year. Who do I go to for help/ can I get help? 😭 What do I do if in 15 days baby (8 months) and I have nowhere to live?

Go to your local council and explain your situation as you have baby and are about to be homeless they will likely place you in emergency accommodation
I'm so sorry you're going through this. Yes agree with above, you need to contact your local council ASAP. But if they can't sort anything out quickly, I know it's not best practice but you can stay in the property after the 15 days, your landlord would have to go to the courts to get you evicted, so don't hand back your key if you really have nowhere else to go. Hopefully your (ex)partner moves out in 15 days so you'll have the place to yourself until you can get a council property.
Also just to add to that, if you do need to stay in the property longer because you haven't found anywhere else, I would contact your landlord or estate agent and explain your situation and be honest and say I was only told about this 15 days ago, please can I stay a bit longer, so they have the advance warning you'll be staying longer. I work in the estate agency industry and although I don't know your landlord, on the whole they are a lot more reasonable that people think they are, you are in a very difficult situation and any decent landlord would let you stay a bit longer to find somewhere x
