Would you say “there’s an issue with my order”? (See photo in comment)

I sell on vinted so I’m super cautious to mess with anyone’s rating. I ordered a bundle of 3 dresses from someone (£3, £2, and £2 plus shipping) and the £3 one has a big hole in the side that’s been stitched up. See photo - I wouldn’t have an issue with this except it’s not been done well and the end doesn’t even look to be tied so it’s going to come apart. What would you do?

I resell and I wouldn’t have even posted that to sell. I guess if the seller didn’t actually make it, it wouldn’t 100% be their fault but they’re still at fault for selling it as is or if it wasn’t as described.

If you’re going to review it, post pictures of the issues and say that you wish that it was disclosed before buying it.

Unless it was in the original description I would definitely be flagging this as an issue!

Annoyingly even if the seller is at fault - you the buyer have to pay postage to resend it!!! It’s so annoying, I bought a bunch of boy clothes that were all labelled the wrong size but I had to pay to post it back to her! So don’t bother x

ah that’s annoying! I don’t really care about returning honestly it was £3 and the other two items are fine. If I put that there’s an issue do I have to return it? If that’s the case I’ll just give a low rating instead

No you don’t have to return it - I’d leave an honest review stating the item wasn’t as described (explain issue) so at least other people will be aware x

I put an issue with my order one time with 2 sets of dungarees and long sleeve tops for my son. She stated they were new without tags and in the one photo they looked fine and when they arrived they were covered all over in stains. I never had to pay postage when I sent the items back to her.

The seller may have blocked you, which suggests they knew it wasn't up to scratch
