Snack help

Im not the best cook. Well mostly i just dont have time to cook I want some snacks for my little that aren't just sugary things. They do eat a lot for fruit but sometimes I just want to grab a healthy ish snack from a cupboard and I end up just giving them crackers or fruity bakes/oatie bars etc. These have quite a lot of sugar and 1... my toddler is sugar obsessed and I need to cut his sugar its causing behavioural issues atm... but 2... I dont want my baby to b addicted. Im a full time working mum and I dont have time to b trying to prep loads of food so I just want stuff I can grab! UK based

I like packets of mini breadsticks, cucumber and pepper, little sandwiches, you can batch cook pancakes takes just a few minutes and you can freeze and pull them out when you want.

Honestly cheese, hummus, veggie sticks to dip in the hummus, yogurt dip for fruit/bread (you can do cinnamon and a little honey or just cinnamon or everything but the bagel seasoning). Peanut butter with banana or apple or rice cakes. Ham and cheese roll ups

I give my baby celery, rice cakes, spring onions, carrots, watermelon, mango. I make these weetabix puree balls which my baby likes aswell you can look how 2 nake them on tiktok takes a few minutes to chew on x

Dairylee dunkers

Pretzels, dried fruit, trail mix,nuts, popcorn,dried edamame,jerky.
