Feeling isolated
Hey! Mum of two ( 1 year old & an almost 3 year old) I feel so extremely isolated. I have 0 friends & whilst I’m literally never alone not even to use the loo I feel more alone than I ever have. My husband works Monday-Friday & unfortunately I stopped working due to health reasons a couple months ago. I just don’t know how to make friends, I can’t afford most of the baby groups around the area & majority aren’t suitable for both children to attend at the same time. Anyone else felt this before?

Hi, do you have a local library for bounce and rhythm group? I’d go to the local park if you have one
There are a few mum and baby groups that are 0-3 or 0-5 years and do bulk booking offers, but if budget is a concern there are free stay and play groups available around various parts of Norfolk that are for 0-5 https://ecfsplay.co.uk/

Hey! Sorry you’re feeling this way! I moved to Norwich from Essex before my kids were born and found it really isolating during my mat leaves having no friends or family close by. Feel free to message if you need a chat or a play date! I know of a few free baby groups but like you said, they only go up to 2 years x
