Struggling with the constant screeching/whinging

Is anyone else's 16 month old constantly screeching/screaming, crying, whinging. It's from the moment she wakes up until bedtime, she barely touches food which she used to-she's been teething which has felt like forever and no teeth appearing. We get what she's asking for but then immediately throws herself flat to the floor. I don't know what we have reached or going through but this is tough 😔.

I love her dearly and I'm trying to be patient and understanding and give her lots of cuddles but it's hard.

Could have written this myself my 16m is have screaming, crying, whinging 24/7. We have multiple meltdowns a day over the littlest of things. He’s becomes very fussy with his food also. I feel he has been teething his molars but like you, no teeth have appeared so I don’t know.

He used to be such a happy child, I’m in the trenches. It’s not enjoyable right now!😣

Omg we have come away for the weekend and the screeching is unreal every time she doesn’t get what she wants

Same here though it was just me. Gone from the happiest little girl to miserable and not liking her food as much, it’s so difficult. I put it down to developmental and teething xxx

Yeah our little girl is like this too, I've got to the point where I just leave her to it and she spins stops, I think we are out of the trenches now but yeah so tough!

It is constant in our house as well! Definitely feel like I’m just surviving at this point

This post is exactly what I needed to read tonight! I’m sorry you are going through this, but it’s so reassuring it’s not just me! I’m exhausted and emotional - this is not a fun stage! I started to question myself that I’d done something to cause this - but clearly it’s just another one of those things! xx
