Mastitis or Abscess

I’ve got mastitis and I’m on antibiotics but I still have a very hard lump in my breast. I’m wondering if it’s an abscess. For those of you that have had mastitis - did you have lumps? And how long did it take for the antibiotics to get rid of them?
