I have a question about rent geared to income housing

As far as I’ve found it’s impossible to get! I got out on a wait list for rentals cheaper for lower income. That was 9 years ago. Still haven’t received a call back.

I can’t even remember at this point. It was at a specific place and you had to apply and get approved. But it also goes why availability. So if no availability then they don’t call people back.

So they should have space but I guess it depends how much people applied
