Depends and if you have it please don’t give out without asking. My boss gave mine to a male admin and that didn’t go over well with my man.. then it was the awkward like hey call my work phone if you need me 🤦🏻♀️ my boss felt terrible for giving it out without permission.
We use our phones to communicate about a lot of work things (OT, trades, unscheduled PTO) and our numbers are shared freely with all staff. I honestly never even thought to feel one way or the other about it.
