Baby hairs on r snapped hair

My little girls hair can’t be down often as she has soo much of it it’s constantly covering her face. The past 2 weeks I’ve noticed these hairs which I thought someone may have cut it but none of them are straight. Do they look like baby hair or snapped hair

It just looks like normal toddler hair to me. I remember my 1st babys hair went from lovely curly hair to like this and then it did go back thick and changed.
My little ones hair is similar around his face also. X
