How are we back here!!

How have we come back to my three year old waking in the night. I am currently sitting on her bedroom floor, waiting for her to go into a deep sleep so I can go back to bed. I've been here since 1.45am. Left her around 2.30 am, and her dad came into her cos she was crying. He then decides to bring her into our bed, which is a massive no as I get no sleep with her being there, and them two end up snoring. So here we are him snoring away and me on here hoping and praying this passes. 6am start for work as well as school for the kids. Anyone else currently sat on their 3 year olds floor 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Is it the same time every night? I was told that if it is then go in there before they wake up fully and be near touch their arm and they may just need a bit of reassurance. My one has been waking up all through the night since baby so when there is a sleep all night it’s a bonus. Does she still nap?

It was every night when it first started about 6 months ago then went to about 1 or 2. It stopped for a while and the past two nights it's been. No, she doesn't nap. Stopped napping when she was about 1 and a half. Goes to bed at 7pm, used to be early and slept through from 7 weeks until we hit the 2 and a half mark xx

Could be a bit of sleep regression. Or some big changes in her development…

Same, mine suddenly started waking in the night, he was in my bed for a good year as kept waking and I had work & needed sleep. 4 nights now and he slept in his own bed all night

Yep, my LB has been a 7pm-7am for so long, for the past month I have been back up in the night and waking up at 5:30am. Work has been very interesting, again 😫 feels like his sleep has gone back 18 months
