If you’re NOT in the US - What are bachelorette parties like?

I find it’s either a night out or a weekend away, sometimes abroad too

Mine was an evening at a Hawaiian themed restaurant and then me and a few friends went to Brighton. Oh went to Bournemouth for the weekend. We got married in Miami so also had a get together there where my oh including my dad and brother went to a strip club.
It can get expensive with get aways to Europe. My bil went camping in Cornwall for his.

I had a very chill hen, just a day and night in London, but I’ve been involved in some hens that are a week away in Greece etc and can get very expensive

It just depends, my hen was two parts…a day/night out in London and a night away at a spa hotel/dinner out. Other friend had 4 days in Croatia. Both great, when we did Croatia only one of us had kids so that played a big part in the decision 😅

I've been to two wine tours (where we live we live near a heap of winery's) so we sample a heap of wines have a lunch and a lot more wine the made of honour usually hires a mini bus for us all winery tours are during the day and home by like 7pm but usually drunk as a skunk lol.
Or I've been on a cruise night and have dinner a couple of drinks and dancing on the cruise usually home by 10ish.

A night out or a weekend somewhere. In Finland it's often a cottage by a lake with sauna.

Depends, sometimes people go all out, some it's just a night out, some don't care. I'd say it varies about as much as people's preferences for large and elaborate weddings vs. small ones. I never had a bachelorette myself as I was uninterested.

We did 4 days in Dubai for my sister's hen do. I've also attended a fun day and night out for a friend. It's completely up to the person, their budget, if they're planning it or if it's a surprise.

My gfs are a bit wild 😂 we have gone to a men strip show (like a concert, vip tables right at the front and a meet and greet w the men backstage) and another hens where we had to draw a naked man and then he put on music and danced around bride to be 😂 then karaoke in the arvo. Another girl just hired an Airbnb by the beach for the weekend and we just did a lot of swimming and dancing (attending local pubs and bars) and that was more chill, more relaxing than wild. We did do one winery tour but that was an all day thing not overnight.

Usually a weekend… had a cottage weekend for my bachelorette and did a beer spa weekend for my SIL’s bachelorette
