If you wanted to pm me, absolutely happy to help you along the way with whatever. Even if its just to motivate and move about Do something fun (or not) and get a bit more active? Or share food ideas?
calorie defecit is the best way to lose weight 100%
Honestly I lost 20 pounds in a month just by eating soup 24/7 due to anxiety.
Take the baby out. I easily get 10-12k steps just by being out and about for the day and not home. Because I’m never home though my weight dropped easily after every baby. Most people don’t reach 10k steps a day. I watch what I eat, and I eat what I can with chopsticks. Chew slowly, eat slowly. I also started Pilates and Zumba classes at 4m if only to have something for myself that I can get out of the house for, after hrs when hubby was home. Classes start around 6-7 Join a pram walking group, or find a mum you spend your days with that’ll invite you here and there. After my baby classes I usually drop by the mall for another 2hrs of window shopping. The zoo is easily 5-6hrs of walking. I’ve spent 6hrs at IKEA before as well, I remember that clearly coz parking was $36 🤦🏻♀️😂 (free the first 4hrs but then $6 for every hour after, 6 times $6 is $36 lol)
This was me, although ive only had 1 bub. Gained around 30 kilos ish. Started around 60 is my usual stable weight, got up to 92km by the time I gave birth. Dropped 10kg over maybe like 2 or so months. Prednisolone fluid retention didnt help. Little guy born 3.7kg/6 or 7 pounds or something? Little man in now 16 months old. Im not quite yet back to pre pregnancy weight. Mine was sort of more stress related, depression related (didnt care to move or get active. Like I wished for the will to move but couldnt). I now walk about 2-5km on the treadmill of a point in the day or sometimes I get it over the whole day. Maybe look at more intuitive eating rather than fixating on certain types of diets or restricting food groups etc. There's also been a few podcasts that I use to decompress after work and ill either tidy something in or out of the home. Get fidgeting. Our babies fidget constantly, constantly moving. Have you had recent blood work? Thyroid or iron levels maybe worth a shot too
