Blood in stool
I’m in my third trimester and I’ve got no pain at all but I’ve got bright red blood in my stool, none when I wipe though. I’m not overly concerned but can you have haemorrhoids without pain??

I would contact ur triage or doctor as that doesn't seem right x
If it helps, I’ve been suffering with haemorrhoids for a couple of months now, and I am regularly constipated. I mentioned it to the midwife when I went to be monitored and she said it’s very to bleed when passing stools especially if you’ve got piles. It could be internal piles and unfortunately there’s nothing you can do.
However if you’re concerned at all I would get checked out.
It's probably piles (and yes, they aren't always painful) but any blood in stool is always a red flag so it's best to get checked out! X
