Constipation due to fomula

Hi ladies, my baby has been on goat formula for 4 days now and hasn’t had a bowel movement since she started it, she’s been eating a ton of prunes, veggies and apple sauce but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? When should I go in to see our pediatrician? Thank you
