Anyone on metformin for weight loss?

I was on this but for different reasons. I didn’t notice any weight loss while using it but it can also make you super fertile so keep that in mind. However I do know some other people that have been on it and have had major diarrhoea side effects, I’m guessing this is due to the weight loss effect of it however I dont know anyone who has used that has noticeable weight loss, I didn’t get this side effect but if you look it up even on TikTok you may find some more information x

I was on Metformin for fertility, it was the worst just over 3 months of my life. Horrible side effects, sick all the time, it's not a fun one to be on. If you use it I wish you luck and hopeful it's not so bad for you

I took it for fertility and I did lose weight (but I was already small, so it just ended up making me underweight). First month of it was ROUGH. But then my body adjusted and it was totally fine! I wouldn't take it for weight loss though. I'd only take it if needed for insulin resistance reasons
