Jumping Percentiles

My EBF baby has jumped from 10th percentile at birth to 91st percentile at her 16 week weigh in. Is there any reason to be concerned?

Nope! Babies born small can jump up fast especially breast fed babies Well done mumma you got good milk supply!

hmm, that sounds like a big jump, but as long as she's happy and healthy, I wouldn't stress too much about it! this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps! "It's great to hear that your baby is thriving! A significant jump in percentiles can be common in breastfed babies, especially in the early months, as they grow rapidly. However, it's important to ensure that this growth is consistent and that your baby is healthy overall. Observing her feeding patterns, development, and any changes in behavior can provide more context. Have you noticed any changes in her feeding habits or activity levels?

@Sindi Thank you!

@Susan Thank you! I actually was worrying that she wasn’t feeding enough 🫣😂 shorter feeds!

My baby was born 7th centile and is now 96% centile also at 9 months old 🤣
