Pregnancy can be lonely even when you have a partner, don’t worry you got this ⭐️

Hey Kristina, I can relate. I’m 30 weeks with my first child, in a new state, with a new spouse, and new everything. I may be wrong cause everyone is different, but you’ll feel a number of emotions from overwhelmed to alone and back to the happy, scared, nervous. Like the first comment said, you are not alone and taking it day by day without stressing about the future or past will help get you through to month 9 with a happy and healthy baby. Thank you for the support and knowing I’m not the only one who feels this way. Thank you for all the encouragement I’m trying my best. I can relate not having any friends in this state some acquaintances so I really do appreciate y’all words of encouragement I really needed to hear that today. ❤️

I felt the same at the beginning and never thought the feeling would shake but it will! You’ll go from being nervous to being more and more excited as the little bubba grows! Feeling alone is also totally valid - my partner is super supportive and hands on but I still felt very alone and it’s because of all the changes your body is going through - hormonal and physical! Give yourself grace and know it’ll pass - before you know it, you’ll have seen your baby and heard its heartbeat and feel so incredibly whole in that moment! It is a lonely journey, especially depending on the type of pregnancy you have but it’s so worth it. Up until the last minute I was still feeling like ahhhh can’t believe I’m having a baby and then you do, and every single thing you went through feels worth it! You got this girl, stress less and enjoy the process more is one piece of advice I’d give myself if I could go back 💕
