Sleeping bags

My 17mo hates his sleeping bags! Anyone else? What do you do? I feel like he will kick off anything that is on him!

We changed to a duvet at around 14/15 months - he does roll around and burrito himself sometimes but seems much more settled in general!

We switched to a duvet around 13 months and realised he actually likes to sleep with no cover at all! Might be worth a try

@Yasmin what do you dress him in? For example his room is 21 degrees

Our room sits between 21-22.5 and he has a short sleeved vest and long sleeved jammies. Sometimes socks but he often takes them off. We do co-sleep for half the night so he would get some body heat from me but he also refuses the cover in his own bed and doesn’t seem to be bothered by being cool x

We’ve just switched to a pillow and duvet as he was becoming too long for his sleeping bags and it’s gone much smoother than I thought it would! He’s quite good at staying under the covers but does end up on top of the covers sometimes too. I was worried he would be chilly in just a vest and baby grow/pjs (room is normally 21) but he must be fine because we’ve had no wake ups so far 😊

@Lily which duvet did you go for? My little girl gets so agitated in her sleepbag i have been just putting a thin blanket over her but feel like its not enough! X

@Georgie is he still in a cot too? X

Yeah 😊 he sleeps so well in his cot that I won’t be swapping him until I have to. Plus he’d definitely be up and down messing about if he wasn’t contained in a cot 🤣
