Rash/Hives?

This week my LO & I got hit with the flu. We had really high fever at the start but by day 3 it broke & day 5 I thought she was getting better. Then yesterday she started showing spots. It’s now spread & we were up at 2am with her itching & uncomfortable. Any tips/advice please.

I'd go get it checked out with the outbreak of measles happening around the world right now. Doesn't look like the typical measles rash but the flu doesn't generally accompany a rash.
