Separation during pregnancy

So as some if you saw my partner of 7 years has told me he doesn't want to be with me anymore outnof the blue and I'm 32 weeks pregnant.
I'm not doing so well and really trying my best not to be stressed out which is hard as all I'm doing is crying. I have GD and I'm struggling to want to eat...I went 2 days without eating before my mum shoved food down my throat! I know I need to eat for this baby but the thought of food makes me feel physically sick (which is diff from morning sickness) how do I make sure I'm eating enough when I can't bring myself to?

Granted, I wasn't pregnant but several years ago when I went through an awful breakup I had the same thing - barely ate anything for a couple of weeks or so (lost something like 8kg...) so I know how it feels and it's absolutely awful, so sorry you're going through this, especially pregnant!

Are you able to drink? Have you considered something like Huel (a meal replacement drink)? You could also make homemade high calorie smoothies (include stuff like bananas, peanut butter, coconut oil). It's not ideal long term but in the short term might be a way of getting at least some nutrition in... x

Thanks everyone for the kind messages and for the advice. Just going through the motions at the moment. Also struggling to eat due to having a bad IBS flare up from the stress so that's adding to it! X
