Is it normal to have gummy or weekend hair after a miscarriage?

For some reason when I brush my hair, it’s like very elasticity and gummy which is not normal for me. I have avoided hair dye for years because I once over bleached my hair and I would never want to go back to that so I’m confused why it’s all of sudden become so weak ever since I’ve over bleached my hair I’ve done everything possible to avoid it being weakened again

When I lost my baby last jan so much of my hair came out. It either just fell out completely or snapped like I had bleached it daily for months. It's just the hormone changes and stress lovely xxx

No worries, it did take a few months to stop complely but did get better eventually. Sorry you are going through this zzx

is there anything you were able to do to make it not so weak i’ve already put a mask on it and I am thinking about going and getting a proper keratin mask but considering the reasoning, I’m not sure if it will be effective

Not really , I got a strengthening shampoo and conditioner but just loreal elvive which I'm not sure if it worked or just make me feel better. Just need things to settle down

It’s hormones which attacked your body immediately because of a MC the same hormones that make us have PP hair loss around 4m pp, but happened immediately instead. Plus stress 🥺 Take “hair skin nails” maybe another hair vitamin and collagen powder to be have a lil control over it, to strengthen it from within. Hair vitamin is Biotin, but all the B vitamins help as well (which is what’s in HSN) sorry for your loss Xx

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
