Hi! I'm 37 with a precious 6 month old daughter and am ready to try soon for a second.. Husband and I Really really desire a big family, like 5 kids..but I just don't know if that's realistic to want that? It took a few weeks to fall pregnant with my first but I just don't know the chances of that happening again but we are going to try soon anyways.
Just wondering if there is anyone here that tried for a larger family after 35?

Weeks is not long…keep trying and you’ll get there. You could always go to Greece too and do IVF and fall pregnant with multiples, that’ll get you to five quick :). Just remember now you waiting this large family with your partner and through those hard times I plead you remember you chose this and stick through it and fight for eachother. 💗✨

I don’t want a large family BUT i had my first at 35 and im pregnant with second at 39 and have had no issues with fertility.
You could also ways get tested (how many viable eggs you have) to put your mind at ease.

4 more may be a bit of a stretch without multiples but you could defo have one or two more pretty easily if there are no fertility issues

I’m 35 and having my first soon.. also plan to do the same and have a large family x

I think you could probably do 3 for sure.

I had my first baby at 36 after 2 miscarriages and then a bit of a long wait to actually get pregnant again following the losses. All checks were completed but everything came back with no issues.
We then followed with having our 2nd baby when I was 38, with a planned 18mth gap between each baby.
I always wanted 4, but now I know it's unrealistic at the stage of life that hubby and I are at. Saying that though, we are more than happy with the 2 we have that made it earth-side and our lives are full! Medically and financially we couldn't risk what we now have to have more babies. Each to their own though, and best of luck to u xx
