Severe cold for newborn
My LO is 2 weeks old and have a very bad congestion for the past 1 week. I suck the mucus off from his nose very often but it still comes again and again. I use saline drops and it doesn't help him much . I hear the mucus when he breathe when I try to suck it there isn't much coming out . Does anyone know what to do ? I know for newborn there's no much solution guess someone can help with some suggestions. Please!

Have you spoken to your pediatrician? A baby that young being sick can be very dangerous so it's important to touch base with your medical provider. They will likely recommend a humidifier and time and baths in a steamy bathroom. If your breastfeeding, make sure to continue to pass any antibodies you develop to the illness to baby during this time. They'll also give you instructions for what to watch out for because even a mild fever can warrant an ER trip.
