Buggy fit class
Hey,
Has anyone been to the buggy fit class at Everyone Active in hemel on a Tuesday? The class is always empty on the booking system, so just hoping for personal feedback!

I've been. It is good but isn't the same as the description online. You put the babies on a mat in the middle, and is a normal workout. I think a lot of people book on last minute x

I'm going to give it a go since it's part of the membership.
It is flexible, so you can try and do some of the exercises whilst holding your baby. I took some toys for my little one. Yeah, you may as well as it is a good workout! X
