Feel like such a bad mum
My little boy turned one today. And this past week all he’s done it hit his head. He’s crawling around and he just crawls into things all the time. I try to protect him as much as I can and today he fell off my bed. I’m beating myself up so much I’m scared I’m doing a bad job he’s ok just a few bruises on his head. 😢

He’s a baby that’s just moving about don’t worry! They will get little bumps it’s how we learn
No need to beat yourself up. Each learning curve/ new skill
for them is one for us too. Sometimes you can preempt it but something things just happen. Put safety measures in place where you can and if he’s suddenly on the move a lot more just be on him as much as possible. But kids do get bumps, he’ll be ok.
Don’t spend his birthday feeling sad, go have some fun together and remind yourself you have a happy healthy boy and are doing a good job 😊
