Halifax had the best interest rates when we were looking for an account for our daughter. The issue we had with an ISA there are a lot of restrictions and we wanted to be able to move her money if we needed to (eg if their interest rate tanked, issues with security etc). So we ended up choosing a savings account with a high interest rate instead.

with a lot of fees and in some cases you lose some do the interest you accumulated. That’s what we found in the tiny print when we did our research.
