2.5 tog sleeping bag

My room is approx 19 when I go to bed at 10ish (so obvs drops a bit overnight) and my little one wears long sleeve vest, sleepsuit and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. X

Our room is same temp and we do short sleeved vest, sleep suit and 2.5tog x

Our rooms 60F every night. When she was tiny we put her in a 2.5 together with a long sleeve jammie. I'd fold over her mittens and footies to help keep her warm. I'd check the back of her neck and she was always nice and warm.

Long sleeve vest and sleepsuit with feet in. We also put socks over the top and it seems to stop the ~5am wake ups. It’s more than it says to use on all the sleep temperature guide charts but never been too hot.

Baby grow

Long sleeve vest or a baby grow. My room is usually 20/21

Ours is 18-20 and we do 2.5 tog sleep suit and regular sleepsuit under it, we used to only do vest as per the guidance and he would wake and always felt cold to touch so we’ve recently switched it. He still doesn’t feel warm but i worry about adding anymore layers😬

My babys room is currently 20.4 and she has only a long sleeved vest underneath a 2.5tog bag

18-20°, long sleeve vest and 2.5tog bag, and he's fine. Some babies run warmer/colder than others, like us, the important thing is to check on them and go from it.

His bedroom is around 19/20 degrees and we do long sleeve pyjamas and 2.5 tog bag

My daughter wears a long sleeve pjs, but she always runs warm, so we don’t over dress her. Regular kids I’d say add a vest too at that temp

I pair with a long sleeve vest, onesie and then the sleep sack.
Our room gets colder during the night 16/17 so end up also putting a blanket on her aswell early morning as I don’t own a higher tog sleep sack currently

My daughter gets quite hot. Room is between 18 and 20 degrees. She sleeps in a babygrow (No vest) and sleep bag

My LO is in 2.5 tog gro bag with short sleep vest and baby grow. We tried to follow the chart and have her in just a vest but she hated having her legs ‘free’.
Our room is 18-19C.

I also worry about her getting warm but she seems fine.

We do a long sleeve vest and sleepsuit as my LO likes to be warmer her room is about 21C and drops overnight but I put her radiator on low

My room is usually 17c/18c. Short sleeved vest, sleep suit and 2.5tog.
He usually wakes up with cold hands/fingers but the rest of him is cosy. Unless I put gloves on him I’m not sure what I can do 🤷‍♀️

My boy runs hot so just a sleep suit and a 1.5 tog for him if it’s 19 degrees 🫣 if it gets to 20 I’d be putting him in a 0.5 and if it drops below 17 then I’d be using the 2.5 🤷🏻‍♀️ but he doesn’t feel the cold so probably very different to others

Room is around 17.5- 18.5 degrees at bed time but usually drops to around 16 degrees at around 4am. Long sleeve vest & baby grow with a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. We put socks on my babies hands also, as her fingers seem to be really cold in the middle of the night

My daughter is 14 months, her sleep bag has long sleeves so she just has a short sleeve vest underneath. Her room is between 21 and 24°c at night x

We do vest sleep suit and tog bag in 19/20 room because before heating kicks in it drops to 17 and it feels really cold

I find my bedroom is around 18 however the temp drops early hours so best to make sure there cosy and more likely to stay asleep longer.
