Fever

FTM here: my 11 month old has developed a high fever, we’ve been to the hospital today and they told us it’s viral.

I’ve been alternating calpol and ibuprofen, but she seems so hot to the touch. She’s so tired, but can’t seem to settle enough to stay asleep.

I’ve currently got her in just a baby grow with it zipped down - I don’t know what else to do.

Can anyone give me some tips? I’m desperate 🤣

I suppose try and keep the heating low, and can use a fan to circulate cool air but directed away from the baby. If it's still not going down, call your GP tomorrow.
