Quitting weed

I’ve recently quit weed and it’s been 2 days, it would’ve been 4 but I caved while drunk. How do you deal with cravings? I want nothing more than to smoke a little tiny bit but I know once I do that I’ll regret it deeply, my goal is to get clean & stay clean before my LO turns 2.

1tbs Apple cider vinegar mixed in water, you can flavor it and it seemed to help

I used to smoke 24/7. I quit cold turkey during pregnancy, i basically smoked whatever i had left when i found out i was pregnant and then distant myself from others that smoked too. That helped with the craving. After birth, i didnt have access at all since i was so far away from it. I did hit a pen during my cousins wedding (my son was like 7 months) and it was the first time smoking since i quit. but it got me so paranoid and made me want to be next to my baby the whole entire time. That was enough for me to not want to smoke again.

I think you can distract yourself with a hobby, stay away from ppl who sell, or let someone know you want to quit. Sometimes someone can help you with cravings.

Sometimes i still crave it, even have dreams about it LOL and it was harder in the beginning but it does get easier since your body gets used to not smoking.

I think the question is what is the goal when you smoke, clarity? To sleep? I personally use it to connect to my body and to diagnose what I need, so if I was to stop I would probably try to focus on hydrating with fruit juice and meditate/stretch bc that’s what I do after I smoke! Hopefully this makes sense and helps! Say you want to sleep, I would look into lavender oils and melatonin. But I’m no expert on sleep. Also, coming from a previous heavy drinker, and sorry to even bring it up if it’s offensive but I would look into trying to stop getting drunk! That’s definitely going to help you to stop associating weed with “good times” I was a chain smoker everytime I drank, I had to quit bc I developed a cough and nasal drip. Awful. But I hope you can get some clarity, internally and mentally🙏🏼 it’s hard to change! But persistence is key and just imagine, I smoked cigs from 15-24 and I’m now 30! So that’s going to hopefully help me not to develop further issues. Anyways!
