Blisters on lips

I think they say this can be from the latch on to the boob/bottle/dummy

Could this mean there is a tounge tie ?

Possibly, or even a high pallet. But as the girls above said it could just be from a shallow latch xx

My baby had this the other day! It’s called milk blisters. The midwife said it was from latching on to feed. It doesn’t hurt them and she recommended putting nipple cream or Vaseline on it. I did this and it all peeled off within the day 😊

My baby had a great latch so I don’t think it’s always caused by a bad latch. It’s best to have your latch checked though if you think it might be an issue!
