Looking for someone to takeover my lease

My fiancé got a new job and we have recently relocated. I have a 2 bed 2 bath (also has a sunroom) condo in Sandy Springs and the lease isn’t up until Nov. The rent is 1800/month. Super quiet and in a nice area. If anyone may be interested please let me know!
