Competitive sister

So my sister not only does she like to be like me she also wants to basically take over everything that's mine. Her birthday is coming up and she wants to use my community house that's in me and my husband's community. I've told her I had a bad experience there before and I don't plan on making any reservations there anymore (which has nothing to do with her) it was my babies first birthday and there was this teen who basically ruined our special day by being at the community house with his friends without a care about what we planned and paid for and was so disrespectful. I ended up calling the president of the community who had to kick them out it was horrible for my babies first birthday. That's why I don't plan on celebrating there anymore for my family because of the bad experience (although I know things change as time goes by) SOOOO now she text me saying can you book me a reservation at your community house so I can celebrate my birthday? (Laughing emoji's) I haven't texted her back. This is NOT the only thing. She decided to continue school (which is not bad) but to get a higher certificate than me, she is going to school to be what I said I was going to be (I can't keep up at the moment because I have young ones and it's a bit harder atm although I plan to go back to school. She has worked at places I've said I wanted to work at just to have the experience I wanted. I did modeling now she has to do modeling. I said I'm coloring my a color she does it before me. It's insane all of the S*** she's doing. She can't go to a mechanic to GET HER CAR DONE it has to be MY HUSBAND!!! He doesn't help he won't say NO also because he cares about his reputation WITH HER. She wants to pass out CANDY for Halloween AT MY HOUSE because she simply wants to do it at MY HOUSE. WTF I'm I wrong for not replying and thinking she's competing with me?????? This is so irritating!!!!!! There's so much more but I don't feel like writing anymore.
