Back to work mamas please help

I’m back to work full time (Monday-Friday 9-5) in May and I’m lucky enough to have my mother in law look after my little girl. Problem is I have a Velcro baby and I’m worried my mil won’t cope with her. My daughter adores her grandfather (I think she loves him more than me at times) and if it was him looking after her I wouldn’t be worried at all! But he works so is away most of the day. Can anybody who had a difficult baby and has already gone back to work let me know how baby adapted? Was it as bad as I’m assuming it’s going to be? She’s also EBF and refuses bottles so that’s another concern !

I go back to work next month and my daughter is also a Velcro baby😂 but I’ve noticed that as soon as I go out of the room and stay out for 10 ish minutes she’s then absolutely fine, as long as she can’t see me! X

@Chloe mine is similar but still panicking so much. If you don’t mind me asking what will you be doing for childcare ?

I’m the same but using a childminder. Iv been so worried about it, but in the last week or so he’s quite happy with daddy, which is new and is soooo confident playing independently at playgroups so I’m hoping time wile do the settling in sessions he will be fine 🤞🏻not sure what we are doing about milk as he feeds to sleep still but Iv said we will try to work that out nearer the time x

So my partner actually works 4 days on then 4 days off so half of the time my daughter will be with her daddy, then the other half my mum and my partners mum will be taking it in turns however I’m only working a Sunday 10-4 so it’s not long at all x
