I breastfeed and got a terrible diet always have done. Not once have any of the professionals asked what my diet is like or even worried about it. Specially when you’re feeding you get a burst of hunger. Plus you eat what or when you can when got a new born. So please don’t be hard on yourself. There’s time to make those changes. But right now enjoy the snacks. You need the calories to keep the energy up to keep feeding ☺️
Umm your husband should not be sending you videos on not what to eat! Be kind to yourself, you have not long ago given birth! I am on my second baby too and I’m about 3 stone heavier than I was before my first. Recently I’ve discovered a love for walking my babies to the park and round the block a couple of times a day and have started to notice a difference! Small steps in the right direction. But please don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s hard enough dealing with 2 babies let alone finding time to cook healthy meals xx
