Did anyone get any face piercings when having a toddler?

I’ve had my lip ring for 7-8 years I have a 6 year old and a 13 month old never had issues with them really tugging on it or anything

My husband and I both did, and my husband has multiple times so he has a face full of piercings. Kids never bothered my few, our other kids but one didn’t mess with his. We have a daughter now and he lets her pull on them so she does it since she is allowed and it doesn’t hurt him.

I’ve got a nose ring which I’ve had for the last 5 years and I’ve got a 15 month old. She’s played with it and pulled it a couple of times but never hard enough to hurt or pull it out x

I had them both done before he was born. Nostril was 4 years old and septum was 9 years old. He’s played with the septum once

I let my littles look at it and explained that it was sore so they had to be careful when playing with mommy.

Well prior to having kids at 15 I pierced above my lip and never gave it much thought for 14years but once I became pregnant I had the urge to take it out. My little ones use to poke the hole left behind.

Naturally kids are curious as it'll be new on mommy.

Ive had my nose pierced lip pierced since before ive had kids they never messed with them and if they did i just redirected them

I already had my nose pierced before my baby, but just wanted to share that she doesn’t touch it too much. However she has recently taken more of an interest in touching it and I remind her to be gentle or I just remove her hand from my nose. I think it would likely be fine to get pierced now, but just try not to let them touch it much because you don’t want it to get infected. Mine got infected even though I cleaned it regularly but my dr prescribed me an ointment for it and it healed it up quick so just FYI if you did get an infection just go to the dr
